Can you tell us about PT ASA Indonesia (Tricor Indonesia)?
Tricor Group (Tricor) is Asia’s leading business expansion specialist, with global knowledge and local expertise in business, corporate, investor, human resources & payroll, corporate trust & debt services, and governance advisory. Tricor has had a rapid expansion through organic growth and development as well as partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. The Group today has ~50,000 clients globally, a staff strength of ~3,000, and a network of offices in 49 cities across 22 countries/territories. In 2021, Tricor fully acquired PT ASA Indonesia, a professional services provider delivering outsourcing and advisory.
What is your role in the company?
As a President Commissioner of Tricor Indonesia | PT ASA, it is important to understand how to maintain as well as develop the synergy within my management team to ensure the implementation of good corporate governance so the company’s and shareholders' best interest can be attained. I envision Tricor Indonesia as one of the leaders in the industry in Indonesia, working together and providing advice to the management of the ongoing vision, mission, culture, and values of the company as well as helping employees align these with their personal goals.
I am also delighted to be able to work together with Ms. Francisca Gunawan and Ms. Linda Uiharto – both co-Managing Directors of “Tricor Indonesia | PT. ASA” as they are the experts in the industry for over 20 years and I believe their leadership will take the company to the new level.
This current world situation due to covid-19 has evolved us to be more flexible and dynamic to adapt to all changes in this vast global movement, therefore I am so excited to contribute on this journey together with the remaining company’s management team for the future success and advancements.
What is the current focus of Tricor Indonesia?
In Indonesia, Tricor provides clients with local expertise in payroll, accounting, tax compliance, and corporate secretarial functions, as well as merger, acquisition, restructuring, and divestiture planning and advice. We offer comprehensive services that leverage the latest technology solutions to manage all of our client's business processes. Fully managed payroll service solution, including salary, BPJS, tax and employee self-service (ESS); Corporate services including company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory compliance; a wide range of services related to finance and accounting functions; and tax compliance and advisory
Why did you become an IABC member?
Being a part of the Indonesia-Australia business community helps us facilitate new business opportunities through the network, as well as strengthens our commitment to our clients, partners, employees, and the local communities in which we operate.
How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected your business?
Thankfully, the COVID-19 pandemic did not have a significant impact on our business. As the economy starts to recover, we are optimistic that we can continue to assist organisations to start or expand their business in Indonesia, across the Asia Pacific, and beyond.
